Redbook's Marisa Cohen was concerned that her family had
replaced conversation with Facebook, DS, and video games. So, she
decided to
take them on a 3-day weekend stay at Stony Creek Farm, an
organic farm stay 3 hours from New York City. Stony Creek Farm is
part of Feather Down Farm Days, a company that started in Holland
and now has 3 member farms in the U.S., which all boast plush
canvas platform tents with fluffy duvets and composting toilets.
Success! Cohen's daughter Molly declared the farm awesome and asked
if they could live there.
