Summary
Chena Lakes Farm is a 52-acre sustainable farm located just outside of North Pole—about 15 miles southeast of Fairbanks. The farm is adjacent to the 2,000-acre Chena Lakes Recreation Area, which offers salmon and trout fishing and trails for hiking, skiing, and wildlife viewing.
We offer deluxe rooms with private baths and event rentals in a picturesque, log lodge. Our lodging includes a complimentary breakfast of farm fresh eggs, berries in season and Alaska-grown dairy and meat.
The lodge has a 40 x 30 attached greenhouse, where guests can enjoy a sunny breakfast and fresh tomatoes. We raise over 200 varieties of hardy perennial flowers and shrubs—for sale at our farm stand and at the Tanana Valley Farmer’s Market. Livestock includes our herd of mammoth donkeys and heritage chickens and turkeys.
