Special Instructions: We have six Regular Cabins which are duplex units with two private rooms. Each room can accommodate up to five people in a queen bed and three twin beds. Each room has a private entrance and bathroom.

instructions: During our "Off Season" time period you will enjoy a slower pace at a lower price. The single occupancy rate is $165 during the week and $185 on the weekends. The double occupancy rate is $150 per adult during the week and $170 per adult on the weekends.
Adult Regular Season (Spring Break & Summer)	From: 01/01 To: 12/31	$215.00
instructions: Rates are ALL INCLUSIVE. The single occupancy rate is $215 per night. The double occupancy rate is $205 per adult, per night.
Child Off Season (May & September)	From: 01/01 To: 12/31	$120.00
instructions: Rates are ALL INCLUSIVE. During our "Off Season" time period you will enjoy a slower pace at a lower price. Our supervised children's activities are not available during this time, but you are welcome to enjoy all of the ranch activities as a family. Under age 4 is always free. Age 12 and over is considered an adult. During the week...4-5 year olds $80 per night and 6-11 year olds $110 per night. During the weekends...4-5 year olds $90 per night and 6-11 year olds $120 per night.

instructions: Rates are ALL INCLUSIVE. During our Regular Season the children enjoy planned activities throughout the day. Under age 4 is always free. Age 12 and over is considered an adult. The rates during this time are 4-5 year olds $130 per night and 6-11 year olds $155 per night.

Deluxe Cabin (1)

Capacity: 16

Special Instructions: We have one Deluxe Cabin which is duplex unit with two private rooms. Each room can accommodate up to eight people in two queen beds and two queen sofa sleepers. It is situated at the top of the hill with a beautiful view of Walker Basin. The Deluxe Cabin is larger than our regular rooms. It is handicap accessible and has a small kitchenette. Each room has a private entrance and bathroom. There is an additional 15% charge for the Deluxe Rooms.
