Summary
The 7C Herb Garden Bed and Breakfast is located on four sunny hillside acres of the southern Litchfield Hills in the town of Washington, CT. Several large maple trees provide plenty of shade during the warm summer days. Our organic herb garden and landscaped grounds are available for exploration. Our gift shop and green house are also located on the property, where we invite guests to purchase handmade woodcrafts, herbs and other items.
A short drive to Washington Depot or to New Preston Village will lead you to antique shops, restaurants, and more. Lake Waramaug is just 2 miles north, Steep Rock State Park is 3 miles south, and Mt. Tom State Park is 4 miles east, where you will have ample opportunity for hiking, biking, canoeing, swimming, or simply relaxing.
Families with children will find a child-friendly "home away from home" with children's books, games, toys, as well as a spacious outdoor area that includes a fully equipped sandbox and swings for both toddlers and Tarzan types! Whether you are single, a couple, or a family of seven, you will definitely enjoy a relaxing and restful stay in this spacious country setting.
