Summary

Our farm is filled with colonial history, from the high stone walls called "Ha, Ha's" to the tunnels built with massive flat stones harvested from the fields. The farm was built by John Meech, an English man who fled England, changed his last name from John Wallbridge to his mothers maiden name Meech when he started a new life here in Preston CT.

We are just the 5th owners to his homestead. Once a 100 acre farm, Roseledge is now a smaller organic herb farm, bed and breakfast, and garden shop. We are lovingly dedicated to caring for our historic house. We offer individualized room decorations, beautiful front and back yards, delicious breakfast offered to start your day. Breakfast is made of your choice of eggs freshly gathered from our hens, or gourmet pancakes and fresh fruit, juice coffee, or tea our breakfasts are made to get your day started right.

Staying at the Roseledge Herb Farm is a truly memorable and fun experience. We pride ourselves on taking excellent care of their guests and making them feel at home from the first moment they step into the home.
