Summary
Our family operates a sustainable farm raising 100% grass fed and finished Wagyu (American Kobe), Mangalitsa Pork(a Hungarian Heritage Breed), Poulet Rouge (Naked Neck) and Red Ranger chickens as well as Heritage Red Bourbon Turkeys. These animals are raised on our lush pastures out in the fresh air under bright blue skies. They are never confined or given any hormones or antibiotics. We follow organic principles in all our farming practices to keep our animals, the environment and our own lives in balance
We are located on one of the few remaining old growth Oak Hammocks in the South, with huge ancient oaks dripping with Spanish Moss. Our farm was, at one time, destined to be a county park. Two ponds and a small spring can be great spots to watch local birdlife and other visiting fauna.
Our specialty meat products are served at some of the most outstanding and award winning restaurants in Central Florida. We have often entertained some of the top chefs in our area at our well known Bar B Ques
This concept has become so popular that we want to share with our current and future customers a farm experience like no other in the country. You can select cuts of any of our meats and prepare in our fully equipped kitchen or head for the outdoor grill. Your stay is not merely a day on the farm, it will give you and your family an opportunity to see and participate, if you please, in how your food is produced and then to taste some of the fruits of your labors. It can be a "farm to fork" gourmet adventure.
