Montara Farm is a private ranch with unique lodging designed to foster teamwork and relationship building. There are 19 bunkrooms accommodating 40 persons. Your group has exclusive use of all rooms whether you are a group of 8 or 40.

Our retreat is all-inclusive -- meals and accommodations are included. Our meeting facility is private, and will be exclusively yours for your next meeting. We offer fun, facilitated innovative activities for large or small groups. Our veteran Corporate Management Consultants available as facilitators or bring you own.
Larry Becker and Trish Stump, husband and wife for 35 years, have given up their 30 year corporate lives to help others better enjoy their careers by helping groups become teams. Larry and Trish are not only owners and planners, but also facilitators and trainers available for your group events.
Trish and Larry employ facilitators and consultants experienced in outdoor adventures and experiential learning techniques. From former CFO’s to horse whisperers, our staff can read ‘herd’ behavior and direct it in a fun and more productive way. From building bridges to racing Dragon Boats on lake Lanier to chasing outlaws on horseback, our adventure team can do it all, keep it safe, and keep your team laughing.
