Summary
The White House Farm is your opportunity to escape the confusion of city life in the heart of Georgia’s Mennonite Community. The Yoders, descendants of the original Mennonites that relocated to Georgia from Virginia, invite you into their home.
The “home place” is located on a 250 acre dairy farm complete with green fields, lush growing crops, and tranquil sunsets. The two story home was built in the early 50's by Christian and Anna Yoder with help from the local Mennonite community. The construction frolics were a Mennonite tradition that saved money and instilled a fellowship that remains today. Each room is individually heated and cooled to assure your personal comfort and a small kitchen is provided for individual tastes.
The Yoder family prepares typical Mennonite baked goods to accompany the warm hospitality that is traditional with the Mennonite community. A full breakfast, prepared by the Yoder family, will be an experience you will remember. Dine in the gazebo, weather permitting; it will be one of those times in life that create permanent memories.
