The English Valley Bed and Breakfast is nestled in the English River Valley just north of Montezuma, Iowa. Enjoy a getaway weekend, a big red barn party, pheasant hunting, bonfires, fishing, picnicking or just relaxing on the screened in porch. This 1920's house has had two major renovations in the last 20 years. The Inn is a fantastic country setting to escape the fast pace of the city. You will love the fantastic accommodations especially Stacy's scrumptious country breakfasts. Evening meals are also available upon request.
If you have a big group, such as a class reunion, a family reunion, sales meeting, a special birthday party, anniversary, a church retreat, stamping/scrapbook event, or wedding/wedding reception, we have the place for you. Look at the Big Red Barn on our website and see a great meeting place and then stay a night or two and relax in rural Iowa.
We both come from a long line of farmers. We also farm over 3000 acres with my father, Frank Helm. If you would like to see how modern agriculture plants or harvests a crop, come stay with us in the spring or fall.
