Let the children help collect eggs - milk the goats and understand where their food actually comes from. Pick fresh veggies from the organic gardens. Grab an apple and eat it right off the tree. "Clean" food here. Slow down - feel a simple life style. Sit on the front porch and watch the broodmares graze peacefully. Talk to each other - put the phones down....Get back in touch with nature - and it's ways... This farm was built from raw land purchased in 2005 - cutting timber and started aging logs in 2007. Building main lodge with my Mennonite horse drawn friends in 2009. Moving in Oct. 09 and taking next two years to finish main lodge (all natural wood) and build stables and sheds.

Guest cabin built in 2013. All natural products. Raising all our foods - as organically as possible. 9 raised bed garden - pigs, chickens, rabbits, ducks, geese, turkeys, goats (babies and MILKING) lots of dogs - sheep and three antique broodmares who love to be brushed. Processing and preserving food supplies. . Unique spring gravity water system pumping two RIFE Rams.

Come and share the bounty of this farm!! Stay with us while you visit Mammoth Caves or the Corvette Museum - Franklin has lots of flea markets and antique shops to enjoy.

The horsedrawn Mennonite community is so worth a tour too - only 10 minutes away (by car).
