Enjoy a stay in our 1790’s Cape Cod-style farmhouse with many original features situated on 120 mostly-wooded acres in southern Maine.

Our homestead features a small commercial maple syrup operation including a large post-and-beam sugarhouse, 200 hundred highbush blueberry plants, a large vegetable garden, pumpkin and berry patches, a variety of fruit trees, honeybee hives, several miles of old logging roads maintained for walks, cross country skiing and snowshoeing, a meandering brook, a patio and outdoor fireplace, and free-range chickens and 2 large, loyal farm dogs milling about.

Feel welcome to spend time with us learning about various aspects of the homesteading lifestyle, use the farm as a place to rest your head after day tripping to great nearby locations, or simply rest and relax in Adirondack chairs in the gazebo, read a book in the hammock, watch the world go by from the rocking chairs on the front porch, read a book in front of one of the indoor fireplaces, or wander the grounds independently – the choice is yours!

From Maple Moon Farm, it is approximately 30 minutes to the ocean, 45 minutes to Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and 1 hour to Portland, Maine, and the White Mountains.
