Summary
Monnett Farms is located in Southern Maryland, just a short distance from Washington, D.C., Annapolis and Baltimore. The farm house is a charming, brick cape cod circa 1920s with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room and living room.
The farm house overlooks the entire 100 plus acre farm which raises cattle and goat. The farm features a fishing pond, area for deer and turkey hunting and stables for guests with horses. There is plenty of room to roam on the farm, for hikers, hunters and horse riders.
The farm is the perfect getaway anyone with lots of privacy, but plenty to see and do nearby. Visitors will love feeding cows, goats and playing with baby animals. In season, visitors can also help out with farm chores. Or just enjoy a leisurely vacation, a way from it all.
There is plenty to do off the farm as well. Once you're here, you'll feel like you're away from everything, but you'll be close to plenty of attractions including local wineries, farm stands and farmers markets, local museums and parks.
