Summary
Located three miles below the village of Sheffield Massachusetts, Howden Farm is convenient to the many enriching outdoor and cultural activities that the Berkshires are famous for. From the symphonies of Tanglewood to the antique shops, from hiking the mountain trails and fishing on the nearby Housatonic River to the abundance of fine dining throughout, the B and B at Howden Farm and the Berkshires offer a rich palette of opportunities for every visitor.
The Bed and Breakfast at Howden Farm welcomes guests throughout the year. In a lovely c. 1830 Greek Revival farmhouse, there are four B and B rooms. Two with private baths, and two that have their own sinks, but share a bath which is adjacent or just down the hall. The rooms have individually controlled heat and AC.
Guests may explore the 250 acre farm which continues to grow the family heirloom pumpkins, the Howden Pumpkin and the Howden Biggie. The farm also grows sweet corn, raspberries and other produce for the B and B guests.
