Summary
We have two cottages located on our 40 acre farm - complete with horses and cows, ponds and pastures. Bring your telescope, sit outside and look at the stars, build a fire inside or outside in the firepit, listen for the coyotes, or watch the livestock. It's a nice place to get away, get back to a simple life and "rough" it for a weekend.
The smaller of the two cottages was renovated in 2004; the larger in 2007. There is an outside covered area for barbeques or frying fish. This would be perfect for planning a family or friend reunion as we can sleep up to 15....and either cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway.
We have a garden that guests are welcome to pick from, including blueberries and figs.You can stroll around the farm or try your hand at fishing. There are three ponds and plenty of room to roam. We are surrounded on all sides by neighbor farms and the countryside is perfect for biking - having very little traffic on the roadways. If you're looking for some quiet place to escape and enjoy the peace and quiet....this is the place for you.
