Summary
Mojeji Ranch, (pronounced mo-JAY-jee), is an educational family farm set on 296 acres on the Ozark Plateau near Mountain Grove, Missouri. Owned and operated by two generations of the Schrock family, we raise pastured beef cattle, meat goats, hogs, broiler chickens and free-range laying hens.
As stewards of the land, water and animals that live here, we believe in managing in a holistic fashion. Working with nature, we avoid chemicals, antibiotics and growth hormones, and use high density holistic grazing practices as a way to reach our goal of producing wholesome, healthy natural food for our customers.
Farm stays at Mojeji Ranch give your family a complete "from field to fork" local food experience: stay one to five nights in our guesthouse, join in preparing and eating boarding house style meals, and participate in farm activities (caring for animals, gathering eggs, working in the garden).
Also, take time to visit nearby attractions, such as Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Co.'s Pioneer Village, the Laura Ingalls Wilder Home & Museum (where the Little House books were written), historic mills and natural springs, caverns, or enjoy a river float trip.
