A Working Montana Cattle Ranch
Nestled between two spring creeks that connect the Big Hole and Beaverhead Rivers, stands The Big Hole Lodge. Due to our remote setting and access to private waters, you will rarely see other anglers. The Big Hole Lodge is the true Montana experience, from the river rock fireplace to the hand peeled log furniture. While staying at the lodge you will enjoy private sleeping quarters separate from the main lodge.
The land that the Big Hole C4 Lodge is located on is also a 4th generation working Montana Cattle Ranch; guests of the ranch can experience the daily routines of dude ranch work. From caring, feeding, branding and everything in between, visitors have a unique opportunity to understand what it is like to live and labor on a working cattle ranch. Guests of the ranch also have the opportunity to learn the basic business and principles of Agriculture management and administration.
