Summary
The Tin Camp Working Ranch is in the Heart of the Nebraska Sandhills. The setting is an old ranch house with a bunk house, along a spring fed creek called the North Birdwood. Part of the old ranch house is the original homestead house that was built 100 years ago.
The deer can be seen out the big window grazing on the grass by the creek. You might even see other wildlife including, raccoon, coyotes, porcupines, jack rabbits, and antelope. We have a working cow/calf operation, with unique responsibilities and events for each season throughout the year in addition to the every day cattle projects to help with around the ranch. We will have classes on riding a horse, roping lessons, and working cattle. If you have something you want to learn about that's done on our ranch, we can teach you. Safety will be a high priority with fun the old west way. There is a lot of history!
