Summary
We are a vibrant multi-generational farm located in the Monadnock Region of southwest New Hampshire. Walpole Valley Farms raises 100% grass-fed beef, pastured chickens, eggs and turkeys, heritage pigs, cashmere goats and a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers. Our lodging component, the Inn at Valley Farms, has three types of lodging and is capable of sleeping a maximum of 28 guests.Our main inn is a restored stately Colonial home offering elegant rooms with private baths and all the amenities. Inn guests are served a three course breakfast by candlelight using as much of what we grow on our farm as possible each morning. We also have two self-sufficient cottages and a farmhouse, which with multiple bedrooms and full kitchens are perfect for families and small groups.
Guests are welcome to collect fresh eggs, visit the animals, help with daily chores, visit our interpretive center, learn where real food comes from, sample the bounty of our extensive gardens, explore our woodland trails or simply relax in the tranquil surroundings. Guests are encouraged to pick excess from our garden during their stay for a truly local meal. Our pastured meats are available for sale during your stay or to take home.
Our farm is located in an agricultural area bursting with other farms and local food producers (wine, cheese, chocolate, fruit, artisan bread, raw milk, honey, maple syrup, ice cream, and more). Come stay at the farm, learn where real food comes from and taste it fresh from the source! Check our website for farm events, monthly farm tours for non-guests, and area attractions. Groups, workshops, retreats, weddings and special events welcome.
