Summary

Our Carriage house is located along the West Branch of the Delaware River in the Western Catskills. Spend the night or the weekend on our organic farm in a converted 1800’s Carriage House.  What makes our place beyond your traditional bed and Breakfast?  For starters, we are offering healthy, organic vegetarian/vegan, and live food breakfast options such as fresh juices, green smoothies, sprouted breads, scrambled tofu or fresh organic eggs from our chickens.  Choose a vegetarian, vegan, raw or combination meal  from our menu in the evening and enjoy your breakfast outside overlooking the pond in the morning. All food will be organic and local, with as much coming from our farm as possible.

Inside are large loft-style spaces with high ceilings, artist designed and renovated with handcrafted furnishings and art throughout the house. Outside are acres of meadows, mountains, wooded areas, organic flower and veggie gardens, a fishing/swimming pond and streams.

Also on the property is an Art Gallery/Shop (Turquoise Barn) where you can shop for fine art, handcrafted jewelry and wood products or some local honey, maple syrup or beeswax candles. As for what to do - the possibilities are endless here in the Catskills:  If you prefer to stay close by, we  offer private or group raw food prep classes, yoga classes, massage and infrared sauna sessions (advance registration required).  You can also relax by the pond, hike up the mountain in our back yard, bird watch, or shop at Turquoise Barn Gallery.  When evening rolls around, watch the stars  moon rise over the mountain while enjoying the evening gathering around the fire pit in the back - the perfect end to a day.
