Summary
Situated on 130 acres of vineyards, woods and pastures in historic Unionville, Ohio, Warner-Concord Farms is an owner occupied luxury Bed and Breakfast overlooking our commercial vineyard. The air conditioned 8000 square foot structure served as a barn for its first 150 years; remodeling was completed in 1992 and has since been open year round for guests.
Our facility has three quest rooms, each with a private bath, cable TV, DVD/VCR, and refrigerator. Two rooms have fireplaces and one has a Jacuzzi tub. They are comfortably furnished with authentic and reproduction antiques. With in minutes of the facility, a variety of recreation and entertainment activities are available, including golf courses, playhouses, antique shops, boating and fishing in nearby Lake Erie. The area also boasts several fine restaurants and award winning wineries. Guests can explore the vineyards and woods, or alternatively enjoy the warmth of one of the six fireplaces during the winter.
Fall is a special time with the harvest bringing the scent of ripe concord grapes. Guests in late September also have an opportunity to visit Geneva's famous Grape Jamboree.
