Joe and Shari Lobenstein are the owners/innkeepers of Lobenhaus Bed and Breakfast. Each grew up on farms in Wisconsin – migrated to Oregon after 36 years of experience in the health, food, and hospitality industries in Phoenix, Arizona.
Our Oregon Bounty breakfasts reflect the joy of healthful country life. The Lobenhaus constructed in 2001, was specifically designed for the comfort of Bed and Breakfast guests. Nature provided the peaceful setting of large growth trees and natural creek. The 8.5 acres of vineyards were planted the same year.
Another bonus with your stay at the Lobenhaus – experience the labor of love – growing the best grapes for future fine wines. Our Lobenhaus vineyard is certified sustainable – LIVE, Salmon-Safe. This system creates and maintains a high level of quality fruit production. Our farming practices reduce reliance on synthetic chemicals and fertilizers with the goal of protecting the environment.
