Mike and Lynette have been farming on the homestead since 1999. They enjoy having guests in the 1814 brick farmhouse, and welcome guests to participate in the daily farm activities. We milk a herd of 52 registered Holsteins cows twice a day. We also have calves to feed by hand, kittens to pet, and a goat to feed.
Do you remember going to your uncle's farm as a child and helping him with his farm work? Our working dairy farm has been in the family for seven generations. Come rekindle your fond memories with your children or grandchildren. Join us for a walk down memory lane as you sit on our porch and watch the cows grazing in the pasture by the creek.
You have two choices of accommodations when visiting our bed and breakfast. There is an old brick farmhouse, which was built in the early 1800s, and there is a modern Cape Cod house. Both homes are located on the same farm. Make sure that you get directions to the correct location. Eby Farm was recognized with the Century Farm award for running a family farm for more than 192 years. We have been listed in the Lonely Planet destination guide and the Le Guide du Routard, and we have been an accredited member of the Lancaster County Pennsylvania Dutch Convention and Visitors Bureau for over 30 years.
