Summary
We are a 130 acre farm settled in the Endless Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania. "Family Traditions ~ Past and Present" are found throughout the farm. From family antiques to family recipes, we are happy to share our heritage with you! We serve a full organic farm house breakfast when you stay with us and hope you will see us as your your home away from home for the night, the week or.... return year after year and make Fiddle Lake Farm your own tradition.
No matter the season, there is something for everyone at Fiddle Lake Farm. Whether you stay in our 1820's Farmhouse or our 1920s Craftsman Cottage (known as the Lake House), you will find yourself surrounded by nostalgia, nature and nutritious food. A stream and walking trails meander through the property and wildlife is abundant.
We have a lit sledding hill behind the farmhouse and a campfire pit stocked with wood – ready to light for a fun filled night. Of course, there’s plenty of room to cross country ski or snow shoe on our 130 acres and we’re less than a mile from Rails-to-Trails where snowmobiling is permitted with the purchase of a trail pass or you can take one of our bikes on a self guided trail tour. In the warmer months, our guests can walk over to the lake for swimming, fishing, boating or just sit on the farmhouse dock and take in the view. The State Game Lands are our neighbors; not to mention we’re only 5 miles from Elk Mountain Ski Resort! We were just featured in our local Happenings Magazine; and, coming soon to the farm, our very own herd of elk! Stay posted...
