Summary
The King's Springs Farm is an intimate Bed and Breakfast centrally isolated on 100 acres of meadows and woodlands 5 miles west of Ebensburg, PA just off of Route 422. We are just a few miles from the Ghost Town Trail which is comprised of 36 miles of trail for bicycling, hiking and cross country skiing. With easy access from Routes 22 and 219, you can reach four major universities in less than 30 minutes, as well as the cities of Johnstown, Indiana and Altoona.
About your hosts:
We are Ray and Kathy Novak, the owners and innkeepers of the King's Springs Farm Bed and Breakfast. We would like to tell you a little bit about our B and B and welcome you to our farm where we raise hay and organic beef, as well as flowers, herbs, fruits and vegetables. We have an abundance of blueberries beginning in July. We love gardening and really look forward to sharing our harvest with our guests. Our breakfasts and complimentary treats are prepared with fresh ingredients from our farm, whenever possible.
During your visit you may wish to take a leisurely walk. In addition, cross country skiers are welcome to explore various paths on our farm. Enjoy the gardens, two ponds and the wooded paths. Wild flowers can be found in the pastures. Relax with a picnic lunch under the apple or pear trees in the orchard. Bird watching and looking for wildlife are favorite pastimes for our guests. Numerous photo opportunities present themselves. A native trout stream also borders the property. Here at the farm there are many favorite pastimes; however, the most popular one seems to be just sitting on the wrap-around porch. We hope that you will come join us for a relaxing visit.
