Welcome to our Civil War Farm! Conveniently located on 65 acres of scenic privacy just five miles from Gettysburg National Battlefield. There are two beautifully decorated facilities. A restored 1810 Civil War Barn with two bedrooms, and a restored 1831 Civil War Stone House with three bedrooms. Each of the large bedrooms has a Queen Size Bed,Private Bath,Central Air-Conditiong, Satellite TV in every room with big screen TV's in the Large gathering rooms. Hike the Battlefield on your own, or take a bus or private tour, shop at the Civil War stores in town or at our onsite Antique Annies Country Store. Golf at one of several local courses, or just stay on the Farm and enjoy the Pool and our restored 1942 PRR Caboose Pool House. You can walk on our nature trails or relax in our landscaped garden overlooking the orchards and vineyard. You can sit out on the deck overlooking the pastures and hillsides and watch the cattle, chickens, deer and birds. There is an outdoor speaker system to enjoy music of your choice.

The Farm is conveniently located to all local attractions as well as one hour from downtown Baltimore, one hour 15 minutes from Hershey, one hour and 30 minutes from the Lancaster Pennsylvania Dutch Country.

We feel that this is one of the finest Vacation Getaways in Central Pennsylvania with everything you are looking for in a Romantic Getaway or a taste of Country Living with a Historic perspective, all in scenic privacy.

You can choose to rent one bedroom for a romantic weekend or rent the whole house for a group or family vacation. You have full use of the facility and lots of privacy. Your hosts live in the Civil War house next door. They will gladly assist you with planning your day's activities.
