Summary
Come and enjoy yourself in the country. Experience nature and a micro-dairy farm (in process) while staying in one of our comfortable, modern cottages or in our home. We are located in a peaceful wooded area one mile off Rt. 58. A delicious farmer's breakfast is offered every morning.
Our farm started in 1976 with the purchase of a family cow we named Dumplins. We selected a Jersey cow because it is the smallest of the 5 major dairy breeds and gives the richest milk. We decided to start a dairy in 1981 and purchased 5 jersey calves to begin the herd. These are the ancestors of our herd today.
We enjoy showing the cows and our facility and inviting friends over for breakfast. Farmer Al, a retired school teacher, has built several homes, thus came the idea to build cottages and share our love of the farm and country to the public.
We welcome you to join us for a day, or extended period of time. We are located near Pymatuning State Park, 80 miles north of Pittsburgh, 60 miles south of Erie and 35 miles east of Youngstown.
