Summary
We are a full working Vermont dairy farm offering farms vacations or traditional Bed and Breakfast accomodations. Our farm sits on over 670 acres of beautiful farm land up near the Canadian border, on the edge of the Green Mountains in Northwestern Vermont. There is lots to see and do in the area!
We have acres of woodland as well as open fields to walk, run, hike, cross-country ski and picnic in. We also have a large variety of animals to enjoy, such as sheep, ducks, geese, chickens, bunnies, goats and "Jack" the donkey. All are people-friendly and eager to please. We offer hands-on experience with feeding, milking and caring for the animals.
Guests and their children are welcome to assist in milking our 200 head of county-honored dairy cows; to collect eggs from the hen house; plant the garden or help bring in the hay. During spring sugar season, guests may carry in buckets of sap and boil it down to maple syrup.
Guests can also help with the flower and vegetable gardens, or just sit in the garden, on comfy old benches, enjoying the views. We also have a children's play area, picnic area, bicycles, hay rides, secluded streams, waterfalls, ponds and running trails.
