Beautiful Vermont farm house near Cavendish (Okemo/Ludlow area) is available for farm stays. The farm house is part of the Bates Mansion at Brook Farm National Historical Site and sits on forty-five stunning acres.

Brook Farm has a small vineyard. On the farm you will find acres of perennial gardens, berry patches, herb and vegetable gardens, and three ponds (one is a twenty foot deep swim pond). The majestic Twenty Mile Stream runs through the property. This farm house offers country living at its finest.

This beautiful four-bedroom, four-bathroom Vermont farmhouse has it all. Enjoy the summer months in a quintessential Vermont town that offers gourmet dining, casual pubs, cafes, farmers markets and great shops. The farmhouse is just a short drive to the Okemo Golf course, Ecco Lake, and day spas and wonderful antiquing.

Fish by the stream that passes through the farm, Enjoy games on the generous expanse of lawn, take a swim in the pond, hike on your private wooded trails and have your morning coffee on your deck with views of the meadows and farmland. Work in the vineyard is optional, but recommended.

Once inside, you’ll be amazed at the beauty and charm this home exudes. Each of the four bedrooms has its own full bathroom, three of the bedrooms have queen beds each uniquely decorated and the fourth bedroom has six twin beds and double height ceilings. In the kitchen the floor to ceiling windows afford magnificent views of the grounds and green mountains; stay warm on crisp summer nights by the woodstove in the family room.

This tastefully furnished home has many extras including a reading room, family room ,living room formal dining room, and an eat in kitchen. The house accommodates a maximum of 12 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Please inquire with any other questions about the property and amenities.
