Welcome to Stony Brook Farm, a small, intimate farmstead only ten miles from Stowe that invites guests to become acquainted with rural life. Stony Brook Farm offers country lodging accommodations for parties of up to 6 in a beautifully renovated cottage on the farm.
While at the farm guests and visitors can join us for a farmstead tour to meet our friendly animals. We have goats, baby calves, chickens, ducks and geese! Depending on when you come you might be lucky and get a chance to help feed the animals and gather eggs! We also have suggestions for what you can do on your visit whether you join us in winter, summer or fall.
Stony Brook Farm is centrally located 10 miles from Stowe, Vt. It is a short drive to skiing at Stowe, and only 45 minutes to Smugglers Notch, Jay Peak, and Craftsbury Nordic Center. Stony Brook Farm is also within 10 miles drive of two golf courses, Green River Reservoir and Lake Elmore.
