Summary
Trillium is located on our family's farm. In 1984, guests first visited our organic farm to enjoy the comforts and privacy of a farm cottage. We are located in the Hidden Valleys/Driftless region of southwestern Wisconsin.
Our organic family farm is where our children (and now our grandchildren) harvest 35 acres of organic hay each summer. We raise cows and calves, rabbits, goats, chickens, geese, sheep, ducks, miniature donkeys and friendly farm cats and kittens. The farm is half woods and half fields. While exploring the farm, you may see deer, wild turkeys, foxes, hawks, eagles, rabbits, coyotes, pheasants, songbirds and other wildlife. Guests are welcome to “visit” the variety of farm livestock and to help feed the animals.
Breakfast is a favorite part of the Trillium experience. It features homemade breads and local dairy products. Each morning a variety of fresh breads, made by hand from scratch, are baked in our farmhouse kitchen. Along with the homemade breads there is a selection of homemade jams and jellies. All are brought to each private guest cottage in a covered basket for guests to enjoy along with local cheeses, butter, farm eggs, milk, fresh fruits, cereals, juices and other tasty morning treats.
